I purchased my first two prints by Robert Riggs in 1982 while in graduate school and have had a love affair with works on paper ever since.  After having spent over 35 years in the business world and having raised a family, I am now able to devote more time to my avocation, buying and selling fine art.  We concentrate on art of the Americas from the 19^th though the 20^th centuries, with particular emphasis on 1900-1950 era.  We hope to bring you not only the icons of American Art, but also those lesser known artists that produced wonderful imagery, particularly during the 1930s and 1940s.  We believe that American Art is unique as the only time the history of a nation has been chronicled from the birth of the Republic until the present through its art.  American Art serves as a historical record beginning at the colonial period through westward expansion, the industrial revolution, depression, the World Wars, and 911 to name just a few.  It also depicts political and social action from workers rights, anti-lynching, war protest movements, and the fight for civil rights.  We hope that as you peruse our inventory, you will keep the foregoing in mind and that you enjoy the journey as much as I have.
